(A-2) Is from 1-3/4" up to 2-1/4" wide, (like UlINE). Order Bracket #2
(B) Post rivet holes look like upside down water drops.
(C) The side supports are about 4" tall and should be installedon the lowest position on the vertical post.

The PIC to your left shows one example of our drawer like systems.
By raising the main rack beam to 90" high and using 8 foot wide beams.
You can see that we can roll in and out (2) 36" wide racks and (2) 24" racks with little room to spare.
Thus having almost no wasted space for products.
Customizing:
Making changes needed for customers is not impossible.
In fact we try and make it as painless as possible. By working with out engineers we can make such changes as:
The Color of the Brackets, The thickness or size, Bolt hole locations, Etc, Etc.
84" is the ideal rack height:
Taking into consideration everything you may do with the mobile rack over the next 10 year. 84" high seems the ideal height. Pushing the rack while making sure product does not drop and break. Moving into a box truck for transport and not hitting the roof of the truck.
How it made:
The bracket starts out from a 12 gauge sheet of steel and is then laser cut
in San Jose, CA. USA
It is then sent to another facility that forms the metal based off our drawings.
Next is travels to a powder coating company within a few miles away to geat a beautiful black finish it.
